1946 Unused Our Baby's First Seven Years Album Chicago Lying-In Hospital W/ Box

Description

This scrapbook has 30 sheets for a total of  60 pages with 5 of those pages are used for the info of the book including the forward.
The condition is unused and all but the first page is in Excellent condition, that has a
smudge
spot no bigger than a 1/4" in
either
direction, As shown in photo 4 bottom left.
The box has dinged corners and a side split on the left side center and bottom right corner is also split, though it is still solid and clean as are all the interior pages but the aforementioned.
Measurements 12 1/4" tall x 9 1/8" wide x 3/8" thick.
