"Our Baby: The First Five Years" baby book designed by Priscilla Pointer. Front cover illustration shows a baby poking out from under a white ribbon that divides the cover into two sections - pink and blue - as if they were tucked into a blanket and peeking out.  Unused. They appear to be holding, or are beneath, a colorful string of flowers. The back cover is all blue, with an illustration of a cherub flying away with a pink ribbon. End papers are blue and decorated with lots of little cherubs sitting on colorful bubbles. The title page is pink with another illustration of a baby, now with a big ribbon and flowers, accompanied by two cherubs, one wearing pink and the other blue. The title at the top says "Babyhood - Step by Step" then, below the illustration, it repeats "The First Five Years", says Priscilla Pointer is the designer and, in very small text towards the bottom, gives the copyright information. This baby book has all of the usual features, with different pages for you to fill out the baby's first words, a chart to track their height, etc. Pages are pink and profusely illustrated, with images of children and flowers acting as borders around the spaces where you fill in your baby's information. Published by Whitman Publishing Co, 1946. 12 1/4" x 9".
